Meet the Owner: Benjamin Richards

I’ve been in the building trade for 18 years now. I started young, learned on the job, and have stuck with it ever since. My wife Dulcie and I live on Waiheke with our two children, Michaela and Basil. We feel lucky to call this island home.

I’m a Licensed Building Practitioner and take a practical, honest approach to the work. I aim to keep things clear and straightforward, and I do my best to deliver a solid result that reflects what each client is after.
